It's one week till our auction, and a Monopoly-themed auction wouldn't be complete without a custom-made GCS-themed Monopoly game! Put a house in Mr. Eanes' office or a hotel on the North Campus playground, but whatever you do, stay out of detention. -Dec 4th @ 3:15pm- Auditions. Students need to have a song from the show prepared to sing. Please email Mr. C for access to the music if needed. (gabe.cabanillas@gileadchristianschool.education). Students will also be asked to do a cold reading. Due to several factors, we do not know when auditions will end. Please plan around 4:30-5pm.
-Dec 12th @ 3:15-5:30pm-Read-Through. Students will receive their scripts, and we'll read it together as a cast.

Yesterday, after shopping for Operation Christmas Child, students refreshed themselves at McDonald's.
For one night only! Tickets are now on sale for our winter play, "How Miss Finch Stole Christmas!" In this entertaining holiday comedy, Miss Elvira Finch hates Christmas and everything associated with it, from the decorations to the noise. When she discovers a loophole in the town charter, she sets out to rid Newville of Christmas once and for all. Will she be successful? Join us to find out. This play runs about 30-40 minutes and is perfect for the whole family. Call or stop by the High School office to purchase your advance tickets.

Ohio Scholars Association (OSA) inducted six new students this year during the Induction Ceremony at South Campus on October 23. They were Senior Amy C, and Juniors Jillian B, Kaia L, Micaela E, Lillian M, and Caleb N. The returning Senior members, Daryll M, Abby M, and Kya W, brought each member forward as they were introduced. Each member has attained qualities that demonstrate the four pillars of OSA: academic excellence, student involvement, community involvement, and integrity.
