The first grade had been listening to and reacting to "Peter and the Wolf" by Sergei Prokofiev this month. They displayed creative interpretations and reflections of this timeless piece of music!

First Graders practiced reading the Bible after learning about King Josiah and the importance of living God's way, and reading the Bible every day!




Our Bible verse this week is Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go". 4 students in Kindergarten-First grade, lost the SAME tooth today! Some were excited and some were afraid. Their peers encouraged them to be brave and overcome their fears.
