Meet our Lunch Lady...

Hi! I'm Nichole. I have my Serv Safe kitchen manager certificate and have been cooking for my family for years.

I am a mom of two, a 24-year-old bonus kid and a 13-year-old in 8th grade. I live on a farm with my family. We have cows, pigs, and horses. We love all the fun farm stuff.

GCS is a special place to work because the teachers and staff spread the love of Jesus to the students and the students share Jesus with each other.
